Precautions for using pipeline pumps
1. Try to control the flow and lift of the pipeline pump within the range indicated on the sign to ensure that the pipeline pump operates at the highest efficiency point to achieve the greatest energy saving effect.
2. If the pipeline pump has an abnormal sound, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause.
3. When the pipeline pump is to be stopped, close the gate valve and pressure gauge first, and then stop the motor.
4. Unscrew the water inlet screw plug of the pipeline pump body and pour water (or slurry).
5. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the pipeline pump outlet pipe.
6. Start the pipeline pump motor to see if the motor direction is correct.
7. Check the wear of the pipeline pump sleeve regularly. If the wear is large, it should be replaced in time.
8. When the pipeline pump is used in the cold winter season, after stopping, the water drain screw plug at the bottom of the pump body needs to be unscrewed to drain the medium to prevent freezing and cracking.
