The Deep Suction Water Pump is mainly used for lifting water from deep wells and increasing water pressure. It is widely used in various water conservancy facilities such as agricultural irrigation, urban and rural living areas, industrial and mining enterprises water supply and drainage, construction site dewatering, rivers, reservoirs, fountains, refrigeration systems, hot spring baths, and landscaping. Its main feature is that the motor and pump are integrated and submerged in water for operation, with the advantages of convenience in use, installation, and maintenance, energy-saving, and environmental protection. According to different requirements, it can be provided in different materials such as stainless steel casting, stainless steel stamping and welding, cast bronze, and cast iron. The pump has strict restrictions on the outer diameter and is water-lubricated, preventing motor seal leakage and water source pollution.

Using advanced hydraulic models and structural designs, as well as various new processes such as epoxy coating in the blade flow channel, the product demonstrates excellent performance and long service life. The pump boasts high efficiency, a smooth efficiency curve, a wide operating range, and a 10-20% increase in working range, resulting in significant energy savings. It incorporates a sand-flinging device and labyrinthine structure to prevent sand particles from entering the bearings. Both the impeller shaft and motor shaft are supported by copper bearings, ensuring radial runout is controlled within the US standard of 0.13. The pump operates smoothly and quietly and can feature a specially designed closed transmission system. Additionally, it can be made with ductile iron or various grades of stainless steel to meet different specific usage conditions and technical requirements of customers.

Deep Suction Water Pump structure


1. Motor: Special hollow shaft motor (YLB type) for deep well pumps, or solid shaft ordinary vertical motor;

2. Adjustment nut: Adjusts the axial clearance of the impeller;

3. Pump base: Bears the heavy load and facilitates the installation of the stuffing box;

4. Pre-lubrication plug: Before starting, inject clean water through this point to lubricate the internal bearings of the pump;

6. Upper short pipe (Short pipe B): Connected by flanges, the upper flange of the short pipe is connected to the pump base, and the lower flange is connected to the flange of the lifting pipe;

9. Impeller shaft: 2Cr13 stainless steel or 45# carbon steel (chrome plated surface);

10. Middle casing: Smooth flow passage, reducing frictional resistance and improving efficiency. Materials: HT200, QT450, 2Cr13, 304, 316, etc.;

11. Impeller: Designed to work in conjunction with the middle casing, efficient, with a wide operating range, and undergoes precise static balancing to ensure smooth operation. Materials: HT200, silicon brass, QT450, 2Cr13, 304, 316, etc.;

12. Middle casing bearing: Copper bearing, wear-resistant rubber bearing, or imported polymer bearing. Reliable operation and long service life.

13. Cone sleeve: Reliably secures the impeller to the impeller shaft.

15. Lower casing bearing: Copper bearing, filled with grease, for long-term trouble-free operation.

16. Lower casing: Uniformly directs the liquid from the filter screen to the impeller with minimal loss. Materials: HT200, QT450, 2Cr13, 304, 316, etc.;

17. Filter screen: The length of the filter screen should be suitable to achieve an excellent state and prevent large particles from entering the water pump;

18. Drive shaft: High-strength carbon steel, chrome-plated surface at the bearing position. Stainless steel material can be provided as needed;

22. Lifting pipe: Can be installed using threaded or flange connection methods.
