1. Mechanical diesel pump
Features: Mechanical diesel pumps are the mainstream type of traditional diesel engine fuel system, and the working principle is relatively simple. It is mainly composed of camshafts, slide plates, connecting rods and fuel injectors, etc., and diesel is sucked, compressed and injected through the reciprocating motion of mechanical parts.

2. One-way fuel pump (one-way diesel pump)
Features: The one-way fuel pump is a relatively simple injection system, mainly composed of a plunger that can transmit fuel pressure to the fuel injector and an oil pump with a one-way valve. It can meet the fuel supply needs of some diesel engines with relatively low performance requirements.

3. High-pressure common rail system
Features: The high-pressure common rail system is one of the most widely used fuel systems in diesel engines today. It uses a high-pressure oil pump to adjust the fuel pressure to a very high level, and transmits the high-pressure fuel to each injector through the common rail system. The nozzle atomizes the fuel and sprays it into the cylinder to achieve accurate fuel metering and injection. The high-pressure common rail system has the advantages of high stability and accurate fuel metering, especially in energy saving and emission reduction.

4. Electronic fuel injection system
Features: The electronic fuel injection system replaces the traditional mechanical fuel injector with an electronically controlled high-pressure fuel injector. The electronic fuel injector has many controlled components that work together to more accurately meter and inject fuel. The electronic fuel injection system can adjust the fuel injection amount and injection timing in real time according to the actual working conditions and needs of the engine, thereby improving the engine's performance and fuel economy.
Application: With the continuous development of automotive electronic technology, the electronic fuel injection system has become an important development direction of the modern diesel engine fuel system.
5. Other types
In addition to the common types mentioned above, diesel pumps also include manual oil pumps, PT pumps (i.e. in-line injection pumps), speed pumps, single pumps and other types.
