1. Determine the source of the abnormal noise:

Coupling part: Check the concentricity of the coupling. If the concentricity is not good, it may be because the pump has not been readjusted after long-distance transportation or hoisting. At this time, the hexagonal elastic block or elastic ring in the coupling should be checked and replaced, and the concentricity of the coupling should be readjusted.
Pump chamber part:
If there is air in the pump chamber, it may be due to poor liquid inlet or foreign matter in the pump chamber. At this time, you can check whether the pump inlet pipeline is blocked, whether the filter mesh is too small, whether the valve is fully open, etc., and make corresponding cleaning or adjustments.
If the impeller in the pump chamber rubs against the pump cover or pump casing and makes abnormal noise, you can check whether the connection flange between the inlet pipe and the pump inlet is too tight, whether the front and rear clearance of the impeller is too small, and other accessories problems, such as loose impeller locking nut, etc.
Bearing seat part:
If the bearing is damaged, the bearing should be replaced in time.
If the bearing assembly problem or bearing seat problem causes abnormal noise, it is necessary to reassemble or replace the bearing seat.
Motor part:
If the motor fan blade rubs against the motor wind cover, it is necessary to repair the deformed part or replace the fan blade.
If the motor bearing is damaged, the motor bearing needs to be replaced.
