The application range of heavy oil gear pumps is very wide, mainly reflected in the following fields:
1. Industrial field
Hydraulic system: In industrial scenes such as machine tools and oil extraction, heavy oil gear pumps are used for the transportation and circulation of liquids. Its stable flow and pressure output can meet the demand for hydraulic power in these systems.
Petroleum and chemical industry: Since heavy oil gear pumps can transport oil media such as heavy oil and fuel oil with a medium temperature of ≤170℃ and a viscosity of no more than 100mm²/s, they are widely used in the petroleum and chemical industries. It can be used for the transportation of crude oil, the circulation of oil media during processing, etc.
2. Construction field
Water supply system: Although heavy oil gear pumps are mainly used for the transportation of oil media, in some special cases, such as when it is necessary to transport media with similar properties to oil, they may also be used in building water supply systems. However, this is not its main application field.
3. Agricultural field

This pump uses special materials and designs to ensure stable operation in high temperature environments.
