Assembly method of self-priming sewage pump
The assembly method of a self-priming sewage pump usually includes the following steps:

3. Mechanical seal and sleeve installation: Apply lubricating oil to the mechanical seal static ring on the impeller side, and wipe the mechanical seal sealing surface with a dust-free cloth. Then install the mechanical seal static ring pressure ring and pump cover, and fix the pump head and pump cover with bolts. Install the sleeve after applying lubricating oil.
4. Impeller installation: Pay attention to the alignment of the impeller keyway and key position, apply stretching oil to install the impeller nut and gasket, and tighten the impeller nut with special tools (such as hook wrench and socket wrench).
5. Pump body assembly: When installing the pump body, be careful not to cut the O-ring rubber seal. Then assemble the valve plate and valve plate fixing frame, and install them to the corresponding position of the pump body.
6. Flange and sewage cover installation: Install the outlet flange gasket and outlet flange, and tighten the fixing bolts. Then install the drain cover and tighten the fixing bolts.
7. Filling lubricating oil and liquid: After installing the water inlet and drain plugs, add the appropriate type of mechanical oil (such as No. 30 mechanical oil).
8. Inspection and testing: After completing the assembly, check carefully to ensure that all parts are installed correctly and tightened. Then start the pump for testing to check whether it runs smoothly without abnormal noise and leakage.
