Brief Introduction of Fire Pump Electric Assist Diesel Engine

Flow range: 10-800L/S
Pressure range: 0.2-2.2MPA
Speed: 1500r/min, 1800r/min, 2400r/min, 3000r/min
Diesel engine fire pump unit working range:
Atmospheric pressure: >90KPa
Ambient temperature: 50℃-40℃
Relative humidity of air: ≤80%
Under abnormal conditions, a diesel engine with higher power should be selected to match the water pump to ensure normal operation.
Performance characteristics of diesel engine fire pump unit:
1. There are three types of fire pump electric power-assisted diesel engine starting functions:
-Manual starting function: manual and automatic interlocking can be switched to realize manual starting function.
-Automatic manual function: three starts are allowed. If unsuccessful, a "start failure alarm" will be issued and the start state will be automatically exited; once the start is successful, it will run at rated load for 5-10-15S (depending on the unit capacity).
-Emergency manual direct starting function: when the control device fails, the emergency manual direct starting function can be realized.
2. Automatic operation: When the pump unit receives a valid fire signal, if the power supply system of the electric motor fire pump is interrupted, phase is missing, or the electric pump fails and cannot start normally, the diesel engine fire pump unit automatically starts and runs. Once the power supply system returns to normal or the electric pump can operate normally, it can automatically switch to the electric pump operation.
3. Automatic shutdown: After the fire signal disappears, the diesel engine fire pump automatically shuts down.
4. Battery self-charging and voltage stabilization function: The battery can be automatically charged through the diesel engine charging motor to ensure the smooth start of the unit.
5. It has a complete indication system: ready to start, manual start, automatic start, unit operation, unit shutdown, battery charging, overspeed, low engine oil pressure, low turbocharger oil pressure, low engine oil temperature, high engine coolant temperature, low battery voltage, low fuel oil level (or lack), low engine coolant temperature preheating, regular inspection.
6. It has a complete alarm or protection system: three start failure alarm or protection, overspeed alarm or protection, engine oil pressure low alarm or protection, turbocharger oil pressure low alarm or protection, engine coolant temperature high alarm or protection, engine oil temperature low alarm or protection, automatic charging device failure alarm, battery voltage low alarm, battery voltage high alarm, engine oil level low alarm or protection.
