The control system adopts the company's new generation of "Boulder" intelligent LCD controller, which is simple and easy to learn, with integrated LCD display, fully automatic program control, and clear and concise. Foolproof, no professional programming or code required, simple and easy to learn.
The skid-mounted diesel engine driven drainage pump can achieve high-precision measurement and display of data and unit operating status, and has powerful functions.
1. Automatic start: After the diesel water pump unit receives the start signal, it can automatically start and run at full load in a short time.
2. Automatic charging: The battery can be automatically charged through the mains or the diesel engine built-in charger.
3. Automatic protection: Through various sensors and control unit modules, the engine and water pump are monitored and controlled in real time. The LCD screen on the control box panel displays the equipment operating status and related measurement parameters (such as speed, water temperature, oil pressure, head, flow, etc.). It realizes the manual and automatic start/stop of the diesel engine water pump unit, monitoring/control of the water pump head, water pump flow, pipe network pressure, and comprehensive fault protection.
4. Automatic preheating: put the diesel engine in hot standby state to ensure emergency work.
