1.Safety inspection:
Before starting the diesel water pump, carefully check the coolant level of the water pump to ensure that the coolant is sufficient and not lower than the minimum mark line.
Check whether there are impurities at the water inlet of the water pump. If there are, they must be cleaned to prevent clogging of the water pump.
Verify whether the outlet pipeline of the water pump is unobstructed, without blockage, water leakage, etc.
Check the driving part of the water pump to ensure that it is reliably fastened and not loose.
2.Starting and stopping:
Before starting the diesel engine, make sure that the valve at the water outlet of the water pump is closed, and confirm that the water outlet pipeline is connected correctly.
After the diesel engine is started, wait for it to operate normally, and gradually open the valve at the water outlet of the water pump to start the water pump.
If the diesel engine or water pump is found to be working abnormally, with noise, water leakage, etc., it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and no repairs should be carried out without authorization.
When shutting down, first cut off all circuits in the main circuit, turn off the main power supply, and turn the speed control handle to "stop", immediately disconnect the control line, and finally turn off the knife switch on the water outlet pipe.
3.Operation monitoring:
During the operation of the diesel water pump, the working condition of the water pump should be observed regularly to check whether the water flow is sufficient, whether there is abnormal noise and abnormal vibration.
Check the coolant level of the water pump regularly to ensure that it is sufficient and add it in time if necessary.
