Magnetic coupling composition of magnetic pump
The magnetic coupling of the magnetic pump is the core component of the magnetic transmission stirring equipment. Its composition structure mainly includes the following parts:
I. Main components
Inner magnetic steel (including guide ring and sleeve)
Inner magnetic steel: As one of the core components of the magnetic coupling, the inner magnetic steel transmits power through magnetic coupling.
Guide ring: Usually connected to the inner magnetic steel with adhesive to enhance the guidance and transmission efficiency of the magnetic field.
Sleeve: The sleeve is used to isolate the inner magnetic steel from the medium to prevent the medium from corroding or affecting the inner magnetic steel. The sleeve material can be made of metal or non-metallic materials according to different use conditions. For example, the plastic sleeve can be made by injection molding.
Outer magnetic steel (including guide ring)
Outer magnetic steel: Also as the core component of the magnetic coupling, the outer magnetic steel rotates under the drive of the power machine and drives the inner magnetic steel to rotate through magnetic coupling.
Guide ring: Connected with the outer magnetic steel to enhance the guidance and transmission efficiency of the magnetic field.
The connection method between the outer magnetic steel and the guide ring can be an adhesive or a mechanical fixing method.
Isolation sleeve
The isolation sleeve is located between the inner and outer magnetic steels to completely isolate the two and prevent medium leakage. The isolation sleeve is made of non-ferrite, so it is a non-magnetic high-resistance material, such as austenitic stainless steel. The existence of the isolation sleeve enables the magnetic coupling to achieve contactless sealed transmission.
2. Working principle
The working principle of the magnetic coupling is based on the principle of magnetic coupling. When the outer magnet rotates under the drive of the power machine, the power and motion are transmitted to the inner magnet through the isolation sleeve through the magnetic lines of force, so that the inner magnet rotates with it. Since there is no direct contact between the inner and outer magnets, a zero-leakage sealed transmission is achieved.
3. Structural type
There are two main structural types of magnetic couplings: planar magnetic transmission couplings and coaxial magnetic transmission couplings.
Planar magnetic transmission couplings: the magnets are magnetized axially, and the coupled magnetic poles are configured axially.
Coaxial magnetic transmission couplings: the magnets are magnetized radially, and the coupled magnetic poles are configured radially.
4. Application characteristics
Magnetic coupling has the following characteristics:
Non-contact transmission: Power transmission is achieved through magnetic coupling without direct contact, so there is no wear and noise.
Zero leakage: Since the inner and outer magnets are completely isolated by the isolation sleeve, a zero-leakage sealed transmission is achieved.
Wide application: Suitable for occasions with special requirements for leakage, such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, nuclear power and other industries.
