Maintenance and care of integrated sewage lifting pump station
The maintenance and care of the integrated sewage lifting pump station is an important part to ensure its long-term stable operation and extend its service life. The following are some key maintenance and care measures:
1. Daily inspection and maintenance
Check the instrument and current: Check the normal and stable operation of each instrument regularly, and pay special attention to whether the current exceeds the rated current of the motor. If the current is too large or too small, the cause should be checked and handled immediately.
Check the pump flow and flow rate: Check whether the pump flow is normal. When the flow meter is installed, check whether the flow rate indicated by the flow meter is normal, as well as the water flow of the outlet pipe and the change of the water collection well position to estimate the flow rate.
Check the pump and pipeline: Check whether the pump packing pressure plate is hot and whether the dripping is normal; at the same time, check whether the pump and pipeline are leaking, whether the water level of the water collection well is too low, and whether the grille or water inlet is blocked.
Pay attention to sound and vibration: Pay attention to the sound and vibration of the unit. If there is any abnormality, stop the unit for inspection in time.
2. Regular maintenance and overhaul
Replace the sealing ring: After long-term use, the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring may increase, resulting in a decrease in pump flow and efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the sealing ring regularly to ensure that the gap is within a reasonable range (such as about 0.5mm).
Cleaning and hoisting: When the submersible sewage pump is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and hoisted in a ventilated and dry place, and pay attention to antifreeze. If placed in water, it should be run regularly to check its function and adaptability.
Cable and motor inspection: The cable should be inspected at least once a year, and if damaged, it should be replaced in time. At the same time, check the motor insulation and fastening screws at least once a year to ensure that the motor insulation is good and the fastening screws are not loose.
Lubrication and oil inspection: The submersible sewage pump has been injected with an appropriate amount of oil to lubricate the mechanical seal before leaving the factory, and it should be checked once a year. If water is found in the oil, the oil and gasket should be replaced, and the screw plug should be tightened. Recheck after three weeks to ensure that the oil is not emulsified.
3. Professional repair and maintenance
Professional repair service: For complex faults or problems that cannot be solved by yourself, you should contact professional maintenance service personnel in time for processing.
Regular overhaul: It is recommended to overhaul the pump station equipment once a year, including equipment disassembly, cleaning, replacement of key components, etc., to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the equipment.
4. Other precautions
Rust prevention: Regularly remove rust and repaint, generally recommended every 2-3 years, to prevent equipment from rusting and affecting service life.
Sludge treatment: Since sewage treatment will be mixed with pollutants, it is easy to cause sludge accumulation. It is recommended to perform sludge treatment every 3 months to half a year to maintain good sewage discharge function.
Equipment cleaning: Keep the environment inside and outside the pump station clean, and regularly clean up debris and garbage to prevent blockage and affect equipment operation.
