1. Regular inspection and preparation
Before performing maintenance, make sure that the power supply of the trailer drainage pump is disconnected and the water supply is stopped. At the same time, check whether the submersible cable is damaged or broken, and replace or repair it in time.
2. Cleaning and maintenance
Pump body cleaning: Clean the surface of the pump body and the water inlet regularly to prevent impurities from accumulating.
Impeller cleaning: It is easy for debris and dirt to accumulate inside the pump body and impeller, affecting the flow and head of the pump. Therefore, the impeller needs to be cleaned regularly.
Filter cleaning and replacement: The filter of the water pump plays a role in filtering impurities and protecting the internal components of the water pump. Clean and replace the filter regularly.
3. Inspection and replacement of key components
Bearing and seal inspection: Bearings and seals are key components of centrifugal pumps. Check them regularly for wear or damage. If necessary, they should be replaced in time.
Replacement of sealing ring: After long-term use in sewage medium, the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring may increase, causing the flow and efficiency of the water pump to decrease. The sealing ring should be checked and replaced regularly to ensure the performance of the water pump.
Cable inspection and replacement: Check whether the submersible cable is damaged or broken, and replace or repair it in time.
4. Lubrication and refueling
For bearings lubricated with lubricating oil, observe whether the oil level is within the oil mirror mark range every time. If the oil is not enough, add oil through the oil filling cup, and clean and change the oil once a year. The bearings are lubricated with grease (commonly known as butter), and the oil is changed every 2000 hours of work.
5. Startup and operation inspection
Before starting the water pump, make sure the power connection is correct and check whether the water pump motor is in the correct direction. After starting, check the load of the water pump motor to ensure that it operates within the normal range.
