The maintenance method of stainless steel multistage centrifugal pump is essential to maintain its efficient and stable operation. Through effective maintenance methods, the stable operation of stainless steel multistage centrifugal pump can be ensured and its service life can be extended. The following are specific maintenance methods:
1. Working environment inspection:
Ensure that the area around the pump is dry, clean, and free of dust or other debris.
Check the operating environment temperature to avoid damage to the pump due to overheating or overcooling.
2. Sealing performance inspection:
Regularly check whether the pump seals, such as sealing rings, packing, etc., are intact.
If damage or wear is found, it should be replaced or repaired in time to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
3. Bearing maintenance:
Clean the bearings regularly and keep them clean.
Add an appropriate amount of grease to ensure that the grease can form a protective film on the bearing surface to reduce wear and friction.
It is recommended to replace the lubricating oil after 100 hours within one month of the pump working, and then replace it every 500 hours.
4. Motor and wire inspection:
Ensure that the motor and wires are firmly connected and not loose.
Check whether the motor is running normally, and eliminate any abnormalities in time.
5. Inspection of pipelines and joints:
Check whether the pump, pipelines and joints are loose.
Turn the pump by hand to check whether it is flexible.
6. Lubricating oil management:
Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body to ensure that the oil level is at the center line of the oil mark.
Lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time to keep the bearing in good lubrication.
7. Observation during operation:
Regularly check whether the flow and head of the pump are within the range indicated on the sign.
Monitor the bearing temperature to ensure that it does not exceed the specified range (usually not exceeding 35°C at ambient temperature, and the high temperature shall not exceed 80°C).
If abnormal sound or vibration is found, stop the machine immediately to check the cause.
8. Long-term out-of-use treatment:
If the pump is out of use for a long time, the pump needs to be completely disassembled and the water needs to be wiped off.
Apply grease to the rotating parts and joints for proper protection.
