1. Preparation before operation
Equipment inspection: Before operating the trailer drainage pump, the equipment should be fully inspected, including whether the electrical system, hydraulic system, oil system, bearings and sealing system are intact. If any abnormality is found, it must be reported immediately.
Leg retraction: When towing a trailer drainage pump, the pump's legs must be retracted and the guide wheels must be fully retracted to avoid contact with the ground. At the same time, ensure that the speed of the trailer is moderate, not exceeding 15 kilometers per hour, and the cables must be tied firmly.
Installation location: Check the position of the towed floor pump to ensure that it is installed on a roughly horizontal and solid ground, with all four legs on the ground at the same time and the tires are not loaded. If the ground is soft, add wooden blocks or boards to fix it.
2. Operation process
Pre-start inspection: Before starting the motor, check whether the hopper screen and bottom door are closed and whether there are foreign objects in the hopper. At the same time, manually pump oil to check whether the oil supply of each lubrication point is normal.
Startup sequence: After confirming that there is no abnormality in the equipment, start the equipment according to the operating procedures. Under normal circumstances, the cooling water valve should be opened first, then the engine should be started, and finally the pumping function should be turned on.
Pumping operation: Before pumping commercial concrete, water should be pumped to lubricate the pipeline first to check whether each pipe clamp is sealed and whether there is any water leakage. Then pump mortar to open the pipeline. After confirming that the mortar is opened, fully mix the remaining commercial concrete in the car before normal pumping.
3. Maintenance after operation
Equipment cleaning: After the equipment completes its work task, it should be shut down according to the operating procedures and cleaned, including cleaning the radiator, oil tank and other components.
Maintenance: In order to extend the service life of the equipment, the operator should regularly maintain the equipment, including replacing wearing parts such as oil, water, and filters, and checking electrical circuits.
