2. Configuration of submersible sewage pump
1. Motor configuration:
Select high-temperature resistant motors (such as H-class insulation) to ensure that the motor runs stably in a high-temperature environment.
The quality of the motor must be guaranteed, and choose products from well-known brands to avoid frequent failures in the later stage due to the use of miscellaneous products.
2. Cable and seal configuration:
Use high-temperature resistant cables to ensure that the cables are not easy to age or break at high temperatures.
The mechanical seal should use carbide dock to tungsten carbide mechanical seals to ensure that the pump can run continuously.
3. Material selection:
The overall 304 or 316 stainless steel (including the internal impeller and main shaft) can be customized to enhance the corrosion resistance of the pump.
Stainless steel materials also have the characteristics of rust and corrosion resistance, which can extend the service life of the pump.
4. Control system configuration:
Equipped with water level automatic control system, it can automatically control the start and stop of the pump without special supervision.
