3. Cooling water check: Check the cooling water level. If the level cannot be seen, add cooling water (desalted water) directly until the overflow pipe is out of water.
4. Bearing cooling water check: Before starting the diesel engine, open the water inlet valve and water outlet valve of the bearing cooling water (if the outlet is not equipped with a valve) to ensure the cooling of the bearing during operation.
5. Bearing lubricating oil check: Check the lubricating oil level in the bearing oil chamber to ensure that it is between 1/3 and 2/3.
6. Gearbox lubricating oil check: Check the lubricating oil level in the gearbox oil chamber to ensure that it meets the requirements of the oil level gauge.

After confirming that the diesel engine is ready, select the idle speed on the load switch of the machine side operation panel, set the switch to local, press the start button, and start the diesel engine.
After 3 minutes of starting, the load switch is set to full speed, and the diesel engine runs at the rated speed (such as 1500 rpm).
2. Remote start and stop:
After confirming that the diesel engine is ready, set the selection switch of the machine side operation panel to remote, then go to the corresponding charging control panel, select local, press the start switch for 5S, and the diesel engine starts.
After 3 minutes, press the acceleration button, and the diesel engine automatically increases to the rated speed and runs at full load.
3. Stop operation
1. Machine side parking: first turn to idle operation for 5 minutes and then press the stop button to stop. ,2. Remote parking: first press the deceleration button, and after idling for 5 minutes, press the stop button to stop.
