Structure of high temperature thermal oil pump
The high-temperature thermal oil pump has a unique structural design, which is designed to meet the transportation needs of high-temperature liquids. The following are the main structural features of the high-temperature thermal oil pump:
1. Basic structural form
Single-stage single-suction cantilever foot support structure: This is the basic structural form of the high-temperature thermal oil pump. The pump inlet is axial suction, and the outlet is vertically upward with the center, and it is installed on the base with the motor. This structure makes the pump body compact and easy to install and maintain.
Double-end ball bearing support: The support of the thermal oil pump adopts a double-end ball bearing support structure, with lubricating oil lubrication at the front end and grease lubrication at the rear end. An oil guide pipe is provided in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover the thermal oil at any time. This design not only improves the stability and reliability of the pump, but also facilitates the maintenance of sealing and lubrication.
2. Main components
Casing: As the main part of the pump, the casing needs to withstand high temperature and high pressure working environment. Therefore, the material and structural design of the casing need to meet the corresponding requirements.
Rotor: The rotor includes components such as impellers and shafts, and is one of the core components of the pump. In a high-temperature environment, the material and processing accuracy of the rotor need to meet certain standards to ensure the performance and life of the pump.
Bearing: As mentioned above, the high-temperature thermal oil pump adopts a double-end ball bearing support structure. The material and lubrication method of the bearing need to adapt to the high temperature environment to ensure the stable operation of the pump.
Sealing device: The sealing device is one of the key components of the high-temperature thermal oil pump. In order to cope with the high temperature and high pressure working environment, the thermal oil pump usually adopts a combination of packing seal and mechanical seal. The packing seal uses high-temperature resistant packing, while the mechanical seal uses hard alloy materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance. In addition, some high-end models of high-temperature thermal oil pumps will also use imported polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as lip seals to improve sealing performance and corrosion resistance.
3. Self-heating heat dissipation structure
Self-heating heat dissipation system: The high-temperature thermal oil pump adopts a self-heating heat dissipation structure, and does not require water to cool the pump body. This design simplifies the structure of the pump, reduces the volume, reduces the operating cost, and improves the reliability and service life of the pump. During the operation of the pump, the surface of the pump cover and the bearing seat will dissipate heat, so that the temperature of the bearing seat adapts to the temperature of the shaft sealing performance.
IV. Other features
No additional cooling system: Due to the self-heating heat dissipation structure, the high-temperature thermal oil pump does not need an additional cooling system, which further simplifies the equipment structure and reduces the operating cost.
Wide range of application: The high-temperature thermal oil pump is suitable for conveying high-temperature liquids without solid particles, and is widely used in various industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, plastic, pharmaceutical, textile, printing and dyeing, road construction, food, etc.
