XBC diesel engine fire pump equipment installation precautions
The installation precautions of XBC diesel engine fire pump set equipment mainly include the following aspects:
I. Installation location and foundation
1. Installation location:
A place close to the water source should be selected to ensure sufficient water supply and short transportation distance.
It should be away from flammable materials and keep good ventilation.
The equipment layout in the pump room should ensure the convenience of installation, operation, management and maintenance.
The pump room should have a lifting equipment or at least a space for erecting lifting equipment such as a tripod, with good ventilation and light.
The installation height must meet the effective cavitation margin.
2. Installation foundation:
The foundation must be a whole. For the type of direct engine connection, the weight of the foundation itself should be more than 5 times the weight of the equipment (calculated by the specific gravity of concrete).
When installing on wall panels with more than two layers, the center and deep center of the foundation are consistent or set on two beams, and as close to the column wall as possible.
The distance between the pump unit chassis and the foundation concrete should be ≥10mm, the length (width) of the foundation should be 200-240mm more than the length (width) of the unit chassis, and the foundation surface should be ≥200mm higher than the ground.
The reserved holes for anchor bolts are generally 100x100mm square holes.
2. Inspection before installation
1. Shock absorption inspection: Ensure that the horizontal deviation of the unit chassis is less than 1.5/1000.
2. Space inspection:
Generally, the net distance between the pump end or pump side and the wall is ≥1.5m, and the net distance between two rows of pumps is ≥2m.
The net distance between two pumps is ≥0.75m, the width of the operation channel at the front end of the pump is ≥1m, the multi-stage pump is ≥1.8m, and the maintenance channel at the front end of the pump is ≥1.25m.
3. Precautions during installation
1. Fixing method: Place the fire pump on the foundation and fix it with bolts to ensure that the pump is in uniform, vertical and stable contact with the foundation.
2. Pipeline connection: Connect the inlet and outlet pipes to ensure that the pipe connection is tight and reliable, and seal it with sealing materials to prevent water leakage.
4. Electrical wiring and debugging
Electrical wiring: Follow relevant safety specifications to connect the power supply line, control line and instrument, ensure normal power supply, and take necessary protective measures, such as grounding and leakage protection.
System debugging: Before starting the equipment, carefully check whether all installation work meets the requirements and ensure that all valves and switches are in the correct position. Then start the diesel engine according to the requirements of the operation manual and perform system debugging and testing.
