The stainless steel mixing and sewage pump is made of high-quality stainless steel material 304/316L through precision casting, with characteristics such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. Its smooth and neat appearance is highly welcomed in the market. 1. The stainless steel mixing and sewage pump features high-quality flanges, which are non-blocking, anti-entangling, compact in structure, small in size, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and have a long service life. It is suitable for pumping sewage, short fibers, slurries, thick oil, solid particles, etc.

2. This series of products are produced through precision casting and can be made not only with 304, but also with 316, 316L, etc.

3. Equipped with a mixing device, this device generates strong stirring force as the motor shaft rotates, stirring the sediment in the sewage tank into suspended solids before discharging.

4. Stainless steel itself has high temperature resistance. Under normal conditions, it can withstand a medium temperature of around 50 degrees Celsius. With our technical improvements, it can be customized to withstand medium temperatures below 100 degrees Celsius.

5. The oil chamber adopts fluororubber double-sided mechanical seal, and the outer chamber adopts single-sided fluororubber mechanical oil seal structure, effectively reducing sealing water ingress caused by friction between the skeleton oil seal and the shaft.

6. The motor adopts high-temperature wire, F-class insulation, and thermal protection device, effectively extending the pump's service life.

7. The pH value of the conveyed medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (2-13).

8. In addition to being available in 220V and 380V, the voltage can also be customized to 660V.

Installation method of stainless steel sewage pump

1. Mobile installation: The pump comes with elbows, which can be directly connected to hoses for mobile installation.

2. Fixed installation: Remove the elbows from the pump, and the outlet is equipped with a 6KG standard flange. Securely attach the pump using screws for flange connection.
