Gear Pump

The pump chamber consists of the pump body, rotor, and pump front cover. Under the drive of the synchronous gears, the two rotors move in opposite directions inside the pump chamber. As a result, the volume of the pump inlet chamber gradually increases, creating a vacuum that instantly fills every corner of the inlet chamber with the medium: at this point, the volume of the pump outlet chamber gradually decreases, forcing the medium to flow out of the pump chamber, thereby achieving the purpose of conveying the medium.

YCB Bitumen Gear Pumps are suitable for conveying lubricating oils or other liquids with similar properties, which do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non-corrosive, and have a temperature not higher than 200℃ and a viscosity of 5×10-6～1.5×10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt), as well as for hydraulic transmission systems.

KCB Gear Oil Transfer Pump is suitable for transporting various types of oils, such as crude oil, diesel, and lubricating oil. Copper gears can be used to transport low flash point liquids, such as gasoline and benzene. The medium temperature does not exceed 70℃. If a high-temperature resistant pump is required, KCB Gear Oil Transfer Pump can be equipped with high-temperature resistant materials from our company.
The temperature of use for a high-temperature resistant pump does not exceed 300℃, and the viscosity is 5×10-5～1.5×10-3m2/s. The 2CY gear lubricating pump is mainly used in the lubrication system of various mechanical equipment to transport lubricating oil.
