KCB Gear Oil Transfer Pump is suitable for transporting various types of oils, such as crude oil, diesel, and lubricating oil. Copper gears can be used to transport low flash point liquids, such as gasoline and benzene. The medium temperature does not exceed 70℃. If a high-temperature resistant pump is required, KCB Gear Oil Transfer Pump can be equipped with high-temperature resistant materials from our company.
The temperature of use for a high-temperature resistant pump does not exceed 300℃, and the viscosity is 5×10-5～1.5×10-3m2/s. The 2CY gear lubricating pump is mainly used in the lubrication system of various mechanical equipment to transport lubricating oil.

1. Good self-priming ability, stable operation, equipped with a safety valve (the safety valve serves as overload protection. However, this safety valve cannot function as a pressure reducing valve. If needed, a pressure reducing valve can be installed separately in the pipeline).
2. The KCB gear pump is a horizontal rotary pump, mainly composed of a pump body, gears, bearing housing, safety valve, bearings, and sealing devices. It has a simple and compact structure, making it easy to use and maintain. The pump has excellent self-priming capabilities, and there is no need to fill liquid before each operation. The lubrication of the pump is automatically achieved through the conveyed liquid. No additional lubricant is required during daily operation.
3. This pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or similar liquids with a viscosity of 5 to 1500cst, which do not contain solid particles, fibers, are non-corrosive, do not have high volatility, and have a temperature not exceeding 70℃. If high-temperature resistance is needed, it can be equipped with high-temperature resistant materials, with a maximum operating temperature of 200℃.
4. The pump is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection. However, this safety valve cannot function as a pressure reducing valve. If necessary, a pressure reducing valve can be installed separately in the pipeline.
