The diesel engine-driven fire pump set advantages

1. Integrated Skid-mounted Configuration: The system includes an assembly that houses all components such as the fire pump, engine, cooling systems, couplings, sealing and flushing systems along with their associated pipelines. When viewed from above, all these parts are neatly contained within a reinforced common base, providing a robust structure. The base also features adjustable lifting screws for easy installation and maintenance.

2. Advanced Fuel Tank System: The fuel tank is equipped with sensors to monitor the liquid level, a local visual gauge for immediate readout of liquid levels, an air cap for venting, and a filter for oil intake. It supports both supply and return flows through its dedicated outlets, as well as an outlet for drainage with corresponding valves. The tank is supported securely to ensure stability during operation.

3. Emergency Manual Mechanism: To enhance operational safety and resilience, the engine comes with an emergency manual mechanical direct contact starter. In situations where all fire pump control panels and diesel engine instrument cabinets fail to start the engine, trained personnel can manually activate this mechanism, enabling the engine to be started via a physical switch.
