The components that come into contact with the medium are made of phenolic glass fiber reinforced plastic, which is modified with polyvinyl alcohol acetaldehyde and molded at high temperatures. The product has excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, no deformation, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. In terms of corrosion resistance, it can partially replace expensive metals such as aluminum stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys.
The pump uses a WB2 type externally mounted F4 bellows mechanical seal, which provides reliable sealing performance and long service life. The pump's drive and rotation direction are achieved through a claw-type flexible coupling, driven directly by an electric motor, rotating clockwise when viewed from the motor end.
