High Seal Sulfuric Acid Pump is a new type of pump that applies modern magnetic principles to achieve contactless transmission of torque using the magnetic force transmission of permanent magnets. When the motor drives the external rotor (i.e. the outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic force lines pass through the isolation sleeve to drive the internal rotor (i.e. the inner magnetic steel) assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously. The flow-through components are all made of fluoroplastics, which can transport any concentration of corrosive media such as acid, alkali, and oxidants. As the medium is enclosed within the stationary isolation sleeve, the purpose of leak-free medium pumping is achieved, completely solving the problem of shaft seal leakage in mechanically driven pumps.

The shaft seal of the concentrated sulfuric acid pump adopts an externally mounted high-quality mechanical seal, with the dynamic and static rings made of new hard alloys or ceramics, which are wear-resistant, leak-proof, and have a long service life.

1. Unique internally mounted Teflon bellow seal with self-cooling design, no need for cooling circulation loop.
2. Self-priming design. Strong self-priming capability, up to 20ft, with check valve design to prevent liquid backflow in the pump.
3. Strong corrosion resistance, materials include PP, GF, CFPP, PVDF, CPVC, etc.
4. Applicable temperature: FRPP-below 75°C, VC-below 75°C, PVDF-below 80°C, depending on the different chemical properties.
5. Unique mechanical shaft seal design: using internally mounted Teflon Bellows Seal self-cooling design.
6. Strong corrosion resistance, materials include PP+GF, CFPP, PVDF, CPVF.
7. Self-priming design: strong self-priming force, only models with single-phase valve have self-priming function.
8. Excellent corrosion resistance: made of special plastic steel material, capable of continuously transporting concentrated sulfuric acid.
