The over-current parts of the pump body, impeller, pump cover, etc. in contact with the medium are lined with A3 steel and F46 shaft seals are used for advanced bellows mechanical seals. Structural features of Chemical Process Pumps 

 The pump cover is fixed on the intermediate support by a stop, and then the pump cover is clamped in the middle through the connection of the pump body and the stop of the intermediate support. The pump body is axially suctioned and radially discharged, with a foot support type that can be directly fixed on the base. The suspension components are fixed on the intermediate support by a stop, and supported on the base by the suspension bracket. For easy disassembly, an extended coupling is designed, so that the inlet and outlet connecting pipelines, pump body, and motor do not need to be disassembled during maintenance. Only the middle connecting part of the coupling needs to be removed to take out the rotor components for maintenance. This is a common structural form.
