KCB gear oil pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, relief valves, and shaft end seals. The gears are heat-treated for high hardness and strength, and operate together with the shaft in replaceable bushings. The lubrication of all parts inside the pump is automatically achieved during pump operation by the output medium.
KCB Lube Oil Gear Pump description
Reasonably designed oil drainage and return grooves inside the pump reduce the torque force on the gears during operation, resulting in minimal bearing load and wear. An overflow valve is installed in the pump as overload protection, with a full reflux pressure of 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted separately within the allowable discharge pressure range as needed. However, it should be noted that this overflow valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term operation and may need to be separately installed in the pipeline when necessary. It is suitable for conveying various oils with a viscosity of 5×10^-5~1.5×10^3 m^2/s and a temperature not exceeding 70°C, such as heavy oil, diesel, lubricating oil. With copper gears, it can also handle low-flashpoint liquids such as gasoline and benzene. Additionally, stainless steel gear pumps can be used to convey beverages and corrosive liquids.
