Low Viscosity Gear Oil Pump Application Scope
Self-priming gear pumps, suitable for engine oil, diesel, lubricating oil.
This gear oil pump belongs to a low-pressure, portable, energy-saving oil transfer pump, most suitable for the transfer of oil from unit oil barrels without power supply, and also suitable for oil transfer in refineries, power plants, substations, and oil depots. It is used for the transfer of thin oil in thin oil lubrication systems, such as conveying non-lubricating oils, beverages, low-corrosive water, etc.
Low Viscosity Gear Oil Pump Structural Features
The gear pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, and shaft end seals (special requirements can be optionally equipped with magnetic drive, zero-leakage structure), etc. The gears are treated with nitriding for high hardness and wear resistance. They are installed together with the shaft in replaceable bushings for operation. The lubrication of all parts inside the pump is automatically achieved during pump operation by the conveyed medium.
Four bearing sleeves inside the pump are installed floatingly, automatically adjusting the end clearance according to the working pressure, thus the pump has stable pressure, small pulsation of output flow, and high efficiency of sedimentation.
Viewed from the protruding end of the main shaft towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.
Low Viscosity Gear Oil Pump Performance Range
The gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oils or other liquids similar in nature to lubricating oils, which do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non-corrosive, with a temperature not higher than 80°C, and a viscosity of 5×10^-6~1.5×10^-3 m^2/s (5-1500 cSt) for use in hydraulic rotation systems.
