Propane Transfer Centrifugal Pump For Slurry is a positive displacement vane pump, which operates through the sliding of the vanes in the centrifugal motion. The flow rate is related to the rotational speed of the axis. The inner surface of the stator is made of a composite curve. The stator, rotor, baffle, and vanes form ten sealed chambers. Due to the complex curve of the stator surface, when the rotor rotates, the volume of the inlet chamber gradually increases, creating a negative pressure to generate suction and draw in the oil. After the rotor rotates a certain angle, the volume gradually decreases, thereby pressurizing and expelling the oil. A seal block separates the suction chamber from the pressure chamber. The vanes are tightly fitted to the inner surface of the stator through centrifugal force and baffle structure, allowing the pump to operate normally under rated conditions.
