G-type screw pump Media transported:
Various viscosity liquids, especially difficult-to-transport viscous media.
Liquids of various concentrations and dehydrated solid materials.
Liquids containing solid particles, fibers, suspensions.
Mixtures of liquids, gases, and solids.
Sensitive liquids that cannot withstand agitation, shearing, or plundering.
Corrosive liquids.
G-type screw pump Features
G-type screw pump: The screw pump series is designed to transport various viscosity flowing media, which refers to non-flowing materials. The flow rate ranges from 0.05 to 200m3/h. The pressure difference is 0.6 to 6.3Mpa, and it is suitable for viscosities ranging from 1 to 100,000 cSt. It is suitable for temperatures ≤120°C.
Wide adaptability, can transport all flowing media even non-flowing materials.
Stable flow rate and pressure, no pulsation.
Output flow can be changed with variable speed, can be used for metering and dosing.
Strong suction capacity, low operational noise, no leakage, no temperature rise.
G-type screw pump Relevant options
The correct selection is the key to achieving optimal performance. To meet the operational requirements of different physical and chemical properties of the media, we recommend that users provide pump operation data, which will be used by our professional personnel for selection and recommendation, and finally confirmed by the user.
The main operational data required for selection are as follows
Name of the medium being transported, corrosiveness, abrasiveness, viscosity, solid content, working temperature.
Operating parameters: flow rate or flow rate range, maximum pressure, continuous or intermittent operation.
Installation environment: horizontal or vertical, fixed or mobile, special requirements for connecting pipelines, explosion-proof and protection requirements.
G-type screw pump Application areas
Single-screw pumps can be used to transport medium-sized or corrosive liquids, clean or abrasive liquids, and liquids containing gas or prone to bubble formation.
